What you'll be doing As our Collection Manager - Consumer Credit, you'll be the person who owns and evolves our end-to-end collection strategy across consumer lending products, with a strong focus on data, segmentation, and AI-driven decisioning. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: - Design and execute data-driven collection strategies - Leveraging advanced analytics and predictive models to design collection strategies tailored to different risk profiles and product types. - Develop AI-powered collection approaches - Driving the adoption of AI to enhance next-best-action logic, predictive contact strategies, and intelligent prioritization of accounts. - Personalize customer engagement & tone of voice - Defining and implementing differentiated communication strategies, adapting tone, channel, and timing based on customer behavior. - Optimize performance and ROI - Owning key collection KPIs (recovery rates, roll rates, cost-to-collect), ensuring all initiatives are measurable and ROI-positive. - Guarantee service levels and compliance - Ensuring all collection activities meet defined SLAs and regulatory requirements, balancing effectiveness with fairness. - Manage stakeholders and ecosystem - Collaborating closely with Finance, Product, Data, and Legal
