Job Overview The Supplier Quality Systems & Technology Engineer will define, build, and scale the systems that underpin Saronic's supplier quality and broader supply chain operations. This role sits at the intersection of supplier quality, operations, and technology, responsible for translating real-world manufacturing and quality needs into scalable digital systems and workflows. You will help architect and implement supplier quality and supply chain systems from the ground up, balancing near-term execution with long-term scalability. This includes evaluating and deploying off-the-shelf tools, defining requirements for internal software development, and ensuring systems are practical, efficient, and aligned with how the business actually operates. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, systems-minded, and pragmatic, capable of building high-caliber solutions without overengineering or blindly replicating legacy defense contractor models. You will work closely with Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Software teams to create systems that evolve with Saronic as it scales.
