Sr Supplier Dev Engineer Minneapolis, MN, United States Sr Supplier Dev Engineer Minneapolis, MN, United States (Hybrid) BE THE FIRST TO APPLY Job Description As a Senior Supplier Development Engineer for the Electronics Value Stream, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of electronic suppliers. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with suppliers, managing their performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and supply chain efficiency. You will report directly to our Sr Director of Supplier Development, and you'll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact our supplier development by bringing your extensive expertise and experience to our organization. You will play a critical role in driving supplier performance and ensuring that our suppliers meet the highest quality standards. Your contributions directly impact our organization's operational excellence and overall success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supplier Capability Assessment: Evaluate the capabilities of electronic component suppliers and support the transition of hardware from development to production. Quality Improvement Plans: Conduct supplier risk assessments and implement targeted quality improvement plans specific to electronic component manufacturing processes. Performance Management: Lead and participate in capacity assessment exercises, driving supplier performance by establishing clear metrics and performance expectations related to electronic components. Operational Excellence: Partner with Suppliers to Lead and support OPEX projects enabling improvements in product flow / throughput, lead time reduction, & yield. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that electronic component suppliers comply with quality management systems,
