Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Designer who will play a pivotal role in designing user-centered solutions for our autonomous surface vessels and related systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and DoD stakeholders, to create intuitive, functional, and aesthetically compelling designs. From early-stage concepts to final product iterations, you will ensure that the design vision aligns with both user needs and technical requirements. This role is ideal for a versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about working on impactful, high-tech projects. Responsibilities: - Contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy - Own all aspects of design execution from discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation - Use storytelling to align and bring stakeholders along in your design process - Play an influential role in shaping the end-to-end experiences for critical operator workflows - Maintain a high bar for craft-driving novel experiences at the edge, and bring back the results to evolve the underlying platform experience - Balance short-term tactical bets while making meaningful progress toward long-term strategic pursuits - Help to shape our ways of working as a centralized product design function operating in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: - 6+ years of industry experience - High attention to detail and mastery of
