Job Overview Saronic is seeking a strong Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations and facility reliability efforts at our Austin headquarters. This role is responsible for developing maintenance strategies, leading maintenance personnel and contractors, and ensuring production and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience within industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams, improving reliability, and driving operational excellence. This position will play a key role in establishing scalable maintenance programs and supporting the continued growth of Saronic's operations globally. Responsibilities - What You'll Do - Lead and manage daily maintenance operations across office, production, and facility environments. - Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and operational uptime. - Provide leadership, coaching, and support to maintenance technicians, contractors, and service providers. - Plan and oversee maintenance projects, repairs, shutdown activities, and facility improvement initiatives. - Partner with construction, workplace, EHS and other teams to support production goals and minimize downtime. - Establish maintenance priorities, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities. - Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and service providers. - Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reviews to identify maintenance risks and implement corrective actions. - Ensure compliance with company safety standards,
