Expectations and Tasks: Help to operationalize the customers' business strategies, identifies relevant components, approaches, input, etc. to derive the best possible solution and helping our customers reap the increasingly differentiating benefits of our cloud solutions. Challenge existing solutions/approaches/concepts, to generate a state-of-the-art and future-ready outcome. Take a step back if required and re-define the concepts so that a constant improvement is guaranteed (agility in solution design). Help to clarify expectations from various stakeholders, especially in very difficult cases; create a solution which integrates diverse points of views and serves as a starting point for future SAP business.
