Expectations and Tasks: Engage with customers, partners and colleagues across the region, on strategic discussions on SAP's ALM products and roadmaps, and execute various initiatives to drive the adoption of SAP's ALM tools in the region. Responsible for SAP Focused Run overview, positioning workshop, and architecture discussions including the creation of the proposal, and licensing based on variants for customers and partners. Act as expert for operations area in the ALM applications for the region. Drive the Internal and external campaigns for LoB-specific solutions. Engage in strategic discussions with customers to understand their ALM needs and propose the tools accordingly. Responsible for generating customer references across the region.
