What you`ll do: Summary: We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach & Release Train Engineer (RTE) who combines strong leadership in scaled agile delivery with a deep understanding of lean-agile principles. In this hybrid role, you will coach teams and leaders while orchestrating complex program execution, ensuring alignment, predictability, and continuous improvement across our global organization. The Role: In this role, you will drive the adoption and evolution of agile ways of working across multiple teams and programs. You will act as a servant leader and facilitator for Agile Release Trains (ART), supporting planning, execution, and delivery while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Management, Product Owners, and engineering teams to maximize value delivery and business outcomes. Responsibilities: Serve as the Release Train Engineer (RTE)
