About the role You will be the Product Owner for Business AI and Agentic AI initiatives within Corporate Process and Information Technology (CPIT) for People & Culture (P&C) area, acting as the primary bridge between People Solutions, Employee Digital Experience experts and engineers in CPIT AI Incubation team. Your mission is to translate AI strategy that enables the Knowledge Management & Content Experience into a prioritized product backlog of AI-enabled features and agents - from SAP Joule standard AI capabilities to custom agent workflows - and to drive delivery, adoption as customer zero and measurable business outcomes while ensuring compliance, privacy and ethical guardrails.
