What you'll build We are looking for an intern who would like to be part of a large IT transformation project aimed at harmonizing SAP Customer Service Support. In this role, you will support the project team in refining standard processes and tools for IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) by: Creating and maintaining clear work instructions and enablement materials to support adoption of new tools and ways of working. Supporting project management activities such as task tracking, cross-team coordination, and gathering feedback from end users. Organizing and prioritizing work backlogs to keep project activities on track. Helping modernize how documentation is stored and shared, moving from static files toward more scalable and flexible solutions.
