What you'll build As a Partner Support Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for SAP PartnerEdge partners across the EMEA/MEE regions. You will guide partners to the right tools and resources, triage and resolve queries, and surface process improvements that make it easier for partners to do business with SAP. The role is primarily reactive and requires strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and a drive to improve efficiency and partner satisfaction. The role involves: • Developing a clear understanding of what an SAP Partner is and an awareness of the tools and resources available to SAP Partner Edge Partners. • Maintenance of internal systems of partner record. • Collating and presenting information to SAP stakeholders on current processes in place, and proposals to improve processes, with the aim of improving the Partners' overall experience with SAP. •
