About the role You will be the Product Owner for Business and Agentic AI initiatives within Corporate Process and Information Technology (CPIT) for People & Culture (P&C) area, acting as the primary bridge between P&C business process experts and engineers in CPIT AI Incubation team. Your mission is to translate P&C related AI strategy along the hire-to-retire processes People Events & Time Management including cross-topics into a prioritized product backlog of AI-enabled features and agents - from SuccessFactors standard AI capabilities to custom agent workflows - and to drive delivery, adoption as customer zero and measurable business outcomes while ensuring compliance, privacy and ethical guardrails.
