What you'll do As a Development Manager, you will build and lead an engineering team based in Brno that creates software used by 440,000+ customers and 200+ million users worldwide. You'll ensure customers, partners, and users get the benefits of a consistent user experience across all their touchpoints with the SAP ecosystem, while establishing Brno as a strategic engineering hub and leading the development of world-class engineering capabilities in this rapidly changing tech market. Roles & Responsibilities Team Leadership and Development: You will build and develop the engineering team in Brno, including responsibility for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining strong local engineering talent. You will manage the team's day-to-day work and support individual development through regular feedback, coaching, and development conversations.
