Be responsible for supporting the success of not only the direct reports, but also the success of all employees within the larger team, by helping to identify development opportunities and supporting team members to achieve their goals. Act as a coach and a mentor to help with personal development. Conduct deliverable reviews, providing performance feedback while establishing a safe space for developers to effectively learn and grow.
