What you'll build We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cash Collections Associate to join our Strategic Finance team. You will be instrumental in maximizing cash flow by managing collections activities across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) regions. This role combines analytical skills with customer relationship management in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Position title: Cash Collections Associate with English (French as a plus) Location: Prague, CZ Duration: 12 months + possible prolongation (limited position) Time schedule: 40 hours/week Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment Collections Strategy: Develop and execute collection plans for high-value or past-due accounts Customer Communication: Liaise professionally with clients across multiple time zones to resolve payment issues Reporting & Analysis: Support in cash flow forecasts, and collections metrics Payment Processing: Record and reconcile p
