Expectations and Tasks: Map business processes to solution requirements. Drive change management to achieve business transformation objectives. Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Plan transitions of customer solution landscapes. Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific Lines of Business. Support pre-sales activities. Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies. Support in escalated projects. Occasionally take over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivery. Support line manager(s) in people development tasks. Deliver customer workshops and trainings. Support in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success.
