Subcontracts Principal Glendale, AZ, United States Subcontracts Principal Glendale, AZ, United States and 1 more (Hybrid) BE THE FIRST TO APPLY Job Description As a Subcontracts Principal here at Honeywell, you will establish and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business leadership for your assigned commodity/category and/or region as per the Annual Operating Plan. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, as well as Export/Import regulations. You will report directly to our Director of Strategic Sourcing and you'll work out of a Honeywell Aerospace Site in Glendale AZ or Tempe AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the evaluation of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), company policies and program requirements. Your expertise in subcontract management will be crucial in identifying and resolving subcontract issues and developing mutually acceptable solutions. Responsibilities Responsible for managing all U.S. Government (USG) end use subcontracts with suppliers that will provide products and services necessary to perform install operations to our customers throughout the life cycle of a project. Create and implement sourcing strategies that align with program needs and schedule constraints. Lead supplier meetings to align technical requirements, schedules, and development milestones. Drive the creation and negotiation of development contracts with suppliers, ensuring appropriate terms, pricing, and risk mitigation. Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure alignment with program deliverables and contractual obligations. Work with a sense of urgency;
