As AI Product Expert for Utilities you will work with customers, identify high‑impact AI use cases in their SAP landscape, and build end‑to‑end solutions in close collaboration with multiple roles at SAP within product & engineering and customer services & delivery. You will: Work directly with Utilities customers to discover, prioritize, and frame AI use cases on top of S/4HANA and SAP BTP. Design and implement end‑to‑end AI solutions: data pipelines from SAP, model selection/integration (SAP Business AI / BTP services), and UI/process integration. Run agile cycles (PoC → pilot → production), gather user feedback, and drive adoption in real business processes. Produce reusable accelerators (reference architectures, templates, best practices) that can be scaled across the region.
