We are seeking a seasoned Full-stack Developer to lead a small, fast-moving team and drive the evolution of our AI architecture and supporting technology. This role requires deep hands-on technical capability, strong leadership, and the ability to bring SAP solution architecture expertise to integrate and scale AI-powered products across enterprise environments. What you'll build Collaborate within a fast-moving team to stay on top of the latest advancements in AI, validate new approaches and spread learnings broadly. Own full-stack development for AI-driven features and platforms (front-end, back-end, APIs, data layers, integrations). Design and implement evaluation pipelines for AI systems. Define success metrics, experiment frameworks, and model monitoring. Design scalable patterns to connect SAP landscapes with AI services. Mentor and lead engineers.
