Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Agentic AI Platform and Enablement Manager to lead a team of 8+ and drive the adoption of our Kyma-based Agentic AI platform across SAP. You will oversee the enablement of 5,000+ engineers, ensuring they can efficiently build, deploy, and manage agentic AI microservices on our CPIT Agent Platform. This role combines strategic platform vision with hands-on technical leadership, focusing on Developer Experience (DevEx), platform reliability, and scalable enablement programs. You will act as the primary liaison between platform engineering and the developer community, fostering a thriving ecosystem of AI-powered solutions.
