Job Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Be responsible for NAND Flash product test solution design and development. Be responsible for Product/Package/Qualification/Reliability failure analysis and action plan. Deliver a world class lead time on test development to reach the most effective way of sample delivery in NPI (New Product Introduction) phase.
