About this role
VP, Professional Services Strategy California - San Francisco; Illinois - Chicago; Georgia - Atlanta; New York - New York; Indiana - Indianapolis Lead the team that will: Own a rotating set of strategic initiatives related to the Professional Services business, taking open-ended desired outcomes and developing / executing an approach, conducting research / analysis, and synthesizing information into thoughtful recommendations Update and refine Professional Services strategy, including developing required strategy documents on an ongoing basis, as needed Partner with the PS analytics organization to develop data-driven insights and points of view Develop high quality presentations / documents / analyses, both ad hoc and supporting overall business reviews of PS Socialize and work with field and operations team to implement initiatives Experience/Skills Required: Bachelor's degree 10+ years experience in combination of management consulting, corporate development, and business line roles (experience with professional services is required) Stellar problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions with little guidance, and craft high quality, detail oriented outputs Strong communication and stakeholder relationship building skills Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team oriented approach to problem solving Ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast paced environment; ability to remain flexible and adjust on the fly to new demands and respond with a sense of urgency Organized and efficient, results-oriented and able to move forward without complete information, very comfortable working in ambiguity Strong executive-level visual and verbal presentation skills Team leadership experience and skills
