As the Director, Technical Program Management for Agentforce Operations, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that power our growth. You'll partner across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations to deliver programs that are not only on time-but scalable, automated, and increasingly AI-driven. This is an individual contributor role for a builder-someone who thrives in ownership, operates at executive altitude, and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
