As the Director, Technical Program Management for Agentforce Operations, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that power our growth. You'll partner across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations to deliver programs that are not only on time-but scalable, automated, and increasingly AI-driven. This is an individual contributor role for a builder-someone who thrives in ownership, operates at executive altitude, and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Your Impact Lead complex programs from planning through execution, aligning scope, timelines, and business goals Design and implement AI-first program frameworks, incorporating automation and intelligent workflows Partner with executive leadership as a trusted advisor to drive clarity, prioritization, and outcomes Drive cross-functional alignment through structured cadences, metrics, and decision frameworks Manage dependencies across teams and proactively resolve risks and blockers Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency Apply AI and agent-based workflows to streamline execution and reduce coordination overhead Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Build AI agents and multi-agent pipelines that automate status, risk detection, and reporting Define metrics for AI adoption and impact across the org Codify reusable AI assets-skills, prompts, agents-so wins scale across teams Pilot emerging AI capabilities on real work; standardize what
