Sr. Account Executive - Agentforce - SWE Sweden - Stockholm Overview of the Role: As an Agentforce Specialist Account Executive at Salesforce, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by positioning and selling Agentforce - Salesforce's flagship AI platform - to enterprise and commercial customers. You will combine deep AI knowledge with strong enterprise sales skills to conduct technical discovery, craft compelling points of view, and demonstrate how Agentforce delivers measurable business outcomes. Working closely with the broader Salesforce sales team, you will show up as One Salesforce throughout the entire client engagement. Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and develop Agentforce opportunities across new and existing customers, conducting comprehensive technical discovery to map client business challenges to Agentforce capabilities Collaborate closely with the Salesforce sales team to drive Agentforce growth, crafting and presenting compelling Points of View (POVs) that articulate clear business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Articulate how the full Salesforce product stack - including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and core clouds - delivers tailored, scalable solutions that fit within customers' existing architectures and long-term strategic objectives Lead cross-functional coordination across internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the full sales cycle Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within a highly technical sales environment, with a proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including agent configuration, automation, API connectivity, and how AI capabilities translate into business outcomes for non-technical buyers
