Solution Engineer - Grocery & Consumer Goods Industry France - Paris As an Account Solution Engineer, you will be a key player in the sales cycle, acting as a trusted advisor to our customers and guiding them through their digital transformation journey. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to translate business objectives into compelling, tailored solutions - delivering thought leadership and inspiring confidence at every stage of the customer experience. At Salesforce, you won't just demo technology - you'll work alongside Agentforce and AI-powered tools to help customers reimagine what's possible, from first discovery to signed contract. Location: France Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end technical sales cycle through close collaboration with sales, product, and professional services teams Understand customer needs and develop innovative, customized demos and solution concepts for key decision-makers that clearly demonstrate business value Convey a deep understanding of the client's industry and position Salesforce products as the best solution for their unique challenges Participate in product training and certifications to maintain the knowledge needed to succeed in this role Required Qualifications: Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training within an enterprise software organization Experience implementing digital transformation strategies and delivering measurable success for customers Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to executive audiences Fluency in English and French Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Salesforce products and relevant certifications Understanding of business requirements across multiple industries and familiarity with industry-specific solutions Experience evaluating and adapting to ambiguous,
