About this role

Solution Architect France - Paris The Functional Architect leads consultative engagements with complex enterprise customers, partnering with key stakeholders to create compelling visions while advising and executing on AI-enhanced strategies. They serve as hands-on advisors, leveraging strong interpersonal skills, functional and/or technical knowledge, Salesforce product knowledge (including AI capabilities), industry experience, consulting experience, and deep understanding of their client's business to deliver measurable customer ROI. Functional Architects are strong presenters and facilitators who obtain customer acceptance by understanding and delivering the right strategic vision while driving the difficult conversations necessary to execute business strategies. They are proficient at analyzing issues and obstacles to determine root cause(s), weighing options, choosing appropriate courses of action, and measuring and revising strategy based on results. In today's AI-first landscape, Functional Architects must demonstrate proficiency with modern AI development tools, understand Salesforce's AI ecosystem, and leverage these technologies to accelerate delivery and enhance solution quality. Core Responsibilities Evangelise and Build AI-Enhanced Visions for Customers Participating in business process redesign with an AI-first mindset, identifying opportunities for intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and agentic workflows Designing Agentforce implementations to automate customer service, sales processes, and business workflows Working closely with customers to understand current business processes and identify AI augmentation opportunities Facilitating discussions with various levels of customer's IT and business stakeholders on AI adoption strategies and change management Developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Articulating the business value of AI/ML capabilities in Salesforce solutions
