Senior Technical Architect - Data 360 Australia - Sydney; Australia - Melbourne Our team collaborates with our Customers and Partners during the project cycle to share their extensive knowledge of Salesforce Data36O (formerly known as Data Cloud). Combined with their experience in technical architecture, enterprise integration, and business solution implementation, they directly drive toward the best possible solutions. Data 36O Technical Architects are experienced 'Data' subject matter experts, assisting in key pre-sales engagements and leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Data Management solutions. This position is responsible for: Architecting scalable solutions across enterprise landscapes using Data 36O Ensuring data is democratised ready for enterprise AI usage Applying Data Governance guardrails supporting enterprise Data Governance roadmap Your Impact Through our extended onboarding program of formal certifications, internal training, knowledge transfers, hands on experience and closely working with other architects, if not already, you will become a Salesforce Data 36O expert at the forefront of our Architecture offerings, delivering outstanding customer success. To be successful in the role you: Be a trusted SME for Data 36O to support and lead project delivery and customer engagements during pre-sales cycle. Including how Data 36O relates to the success of AI Provide Data and System Architecture guidance to Salesforce Account teams and Customers by reviewing proposed architecture.
