About this role

Senior Manager, Product and Technology Communications Washington - Seattle; Illinois - Chicago; Texas - Austin; Georgia - Atlanta; Indiana - Indianapolis Salesforce is navigating a foundational shift in how the world understands the intersection of software and labor. We are moving beyond the era of isolated AI tools toward a unified, enterprise AI architecture where AI doesn't just assist but acts. The System of Context - the Salesforce data layer, including products like Data360 and MuleSoft - sit at the heart of this architecture and transforms raw, fragmented data into governed, actionable context for AI agents to reason from rather than guess. As enterprises race to become AI-first, the ability to articulate how this system will provide the context that powers the rest of the Salesforce architecture will be central to how Salesforce leads and defines the agentic era. This isn't just a product comms role, it's a narrative leadership opportunity. You will be responsible for crafting the perception of how Salesforce's System of Context functions and acts as the enterprise's "shared memory" - built on Data 360 + MuleSoft + Informatica. As a key member of the team, you will be the bridge between technical architectures and the media's understanding of our AI strategy. The ideal candidate is a technical storyteller who can simplify complex AI and platform technologies into agenda-setting stories, thriving in a high-visibility environment where priorities evolve in a heartbeat. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Experience: 8+ years in communications, with a focus on B2B Tech, SaaS, or AI.
