RVP, Enterprise Sales Sweden (2nd line) Sweden - Stockholm An opportunity exists in our Core Sales organisation in Sweden for an experienced sales leader looking to further their career in a high-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic environment! We are seeking an exceptional and ambitious 2nd line Sales Manager who will play a key role in driving strategic sales initiatives across our different industry-based sales teams covering Enterprise accounts for Sweden. Role Description As a 2nd line leader and sales executive, you will lead a team of highly visible and motivated Managers and Account Executives in our expanding Sweden sales operation, generating revenue and achieving individual, team, and organisational quotas. Your leadership will encompass being close to the business, taking part in sales efforts both strategically and operatively, and managing team members to perform strongly. An interest in, and depth of knowledge regarding, our offerings portfolio are success characteristics of Salesforce Sweden's sales culture. Your network in the marketplace is broad and strong. Your mind revolves around customers' business outcomes, and your business acumen-including numerics (selling to the CFO or similar)-is evident. Energy, passion, and the ability to lead are key. Ideal candidates should possess solid B2B sales and extensive sales management experience. Candidates with a demonstrated history of driving revenue through Data and AI solutions will be given a strong preference.
