In this high-impact role, you'll own the strategy and execution of non-demo release assets that drive coordinated, measurable customer engagement across Salesforce's product portfolio. From social content and web experiences to Release in a Box and Trailhead, you'll ensure every touchpoint delivers a consistent, informative, and compelling customer journey - at scale, across the globe. What You'll Do Release Activation Strategy Define and manage the release activation strategy for non-demo assets - including social, web, Release in a Box, Trailhead, and more - to ensure every release lands with coordinated, high-impact customer engagement. Social Content Strategy Own the holistic social content strategy across formats: demo GIFs, carousels, short-form video, and creator/micro-influencer campaigns. Drive reach, audience growth, and engagement by developing content that meets customers where they are. Web Experience Ownership Own and evolve the web experience for salesforce.com/releases , including marquee videos, FAQs, and ongoing content updates. Ensure the experience delivers a consistent, accessible, and informative customer journey that aligns with each release's narrative. Measurement & Optimization Lead performance tracking across all Release Marketing deliverables, translating data into actionable insights that continuously improve strategy and maximize business outcomes.
