About this role
PMM Director Mexico - Mexico City We are seeking a Product Marketer to support the quality, scale, and operational effectiveness of our growing content and PMM team in the region. You will be responsible for ensuring the Mexico-based team delivers high-quality work at scale, while also building the systems, workflows, and AI-enabled processes that allow the team to operate efficiently and independently. In addition, this role will play a key part in bringing the Agentic Enterprise narrative to life across events, which are a critical part of Salesforce's go-to-market strategy. You will partner closely with the team's event strategy lead and global stakeholders to shape content, messaging, and audience experience across owned and third-party events. You will act as a key bridge between global strategy and local execution, translating priorities into clear work, improving how the team operates, and identifying opportunities to increase output, quality, and speed. Key Responsibilities Team Delivery & Quality Ensure high-quality output across presentations, content, and deliverables Review and provide feedback to elevate work before it reaches stakeholders Maintain consistency in messaging, design, and execution Workflow & Operations Management Coordinate day-to-day workflows and ensure projects are delivered on schedule Track deliverables, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives Proactively identify and resolve blockers Event Content & Experience Partner closely with the team's event strategy lead to support content and experience development across: Paid events (e.g., Dreamforce, Connections, Tableau Conference) Free/owned events (World Tours, virtual experiences) Third-party events Help translate event strategy into: Clear storylines and messaging Immersive,
