About this role

Legal Intern Italy - Milan The Salesforce legal department is uniquely technology-driven and dynamic. Based in Salesforce's Milan office, you will join this amazing team supporting the Salesforce business across EMEA. As a legal intern, you will gain invaluable insight into the legal issues affecting a leading cloud computing company. You will be an active member of the legal team, contributing to both complex projects and day-to-day responsibilities. Projects you can expect include evaluating legal issues related to IT, contract or privacy matters across Europe, as well as participating in customer contract negotiations. What You'll Do: • Evaluate legal issues relating to IT and privacy matters across Europe • Assess critical areas and key-legislations for Salesforce's business (AI, cybersecurity, etc.) • Participate in customer and partners contract negotiations • Contribute to both complex projects and day-to-day responsibilities within the lLegal team Minimum Requirements: •Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law at a university in Milan, expected to graduate in 2027. • Law student interested in gaining experience within a technology company's legal department -Must be eligible to enter into a curricular Convenzione di tirocinio (internship agreement) with their university for the entire duration of the internship. • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written) • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse internal legal and business groups • Ability to research legal and business issues and learn new concepts quickly
