About this role

LATAM Internship Program | Sales Enablement Intern | [Mexico] Mexico - Mexico City Reporting into the LATAM Enablement organization, this person will act as a “Enablement Producer” and key partner to other Enablement Practitioners and Enablement Business Partners of an Business Unit (BU) within LATAM sales. This role will serve as an coordinator of virtual and in-person sessions, alongside the related content articulation. Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute Enablement programs by managing the attendees registration, learner tracking, target audience invites, communication channels, run surveys and analisyse the results, pull reports, and other related activities, always learning about the business and it's structures. Key Qualifications : Bachelor's degree with graduation date between June/2027 and December/2027. English intermediate. Master Google Docs/Sheets/Slides or Microsoft Office. Analytical skill set to drive insights from data (advanced database/spreadsheet formulas and queries are a plus). Video and image editing tools are a plus. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Self-motivated with a passion for learning and personal growth.
