Industry Advisor – Insurance Switzerland - Zurich The Experience The Industry Advisor, Insurance, is a growing part of the Sales and Solutions organisation at Salesforce. In this role, you will serve as a visionary and strategic partner to our most ambitious customers across Switzerland, the Nordics, and the BeNeLux regions - acting as the connective tissue between sales teams, product development, and the customer to ensure Salesforce solutions are tailored to solve the most pressing challenges in the Insurance landscape, from legacy system constraints and evolving regulatory compliance to shifting customer expectations. We are looking for an Industry Advisor who brings deep domain expertise across the Insurance sector, a compelling executive presence, and the ability to translate complex industry trends into clear, actionable Salesforce strategies. What You'll Actually Be Doing Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, helping them define their digital roadmap and demonstrating how Salesforce - including Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - can drive measurable return on investment (ROI) across modernised underwriting, automated claims management, and omni-channel policyholder engagement. Develop and evangelise points of view (POVs) on industry trends such as autonomous insurance processing, AI-driven risk assessment, and personalised client advisory, while enabling internal sales and solution engineering teams on Insurance-specific pain points, terminology, and competitive landscapes. Partner with Sales Leadership to identify high-growth opportunities across Insurance sub-verticals in Switzerland, the Nordics, and BeNeLux - converting strategy into account plans, tailored solution messaging, and targeted opportunities.
