Orchestrate Excellence: Act as the central hub for Sales, Solution Engineering, Legal, and Security teams. You will align these diverse voices into a single, persuasive narrative. Scale the Function: Beyond individual bids, you will build the "Bid Engine." This includes curating a world-class Japanese content library, developing proposal policies, and training internal teams on best practices. Innovate & Evolve: Lead "After Action Reviews" to sharpen our tactics and explore how AI can be integrated to automate workflows and enhance response quality.
