About this role

Attrition Forecasting Senior Manager (Informatica) Texas - Austin; California - Redwood City A blend of strategy and operational execution, the Sr. Manager, Attrition Forecasting (Informatica) partners with Renewals Leadership as a trusted advisor, focused on optimizing the retention forecasting motion. This is a high-impact role requiring cross-functional alignment with Sales and Customer Success with a collaborative approach. This role owns the weekly forecasting process, makes recommendations for the forecast, is responsible for sharing the forecast, and drives quarterly reviews with Sales, Product and Success leadership covering the forecast. This person leverages insights to increase accuracy and efficiency in the retention forecast across 3+ operating units. You are the forecasting expert! We're looking for highly passionate candidates who have relentless curiosity, a startup mentality, attention to detail, willingness to manage multiple priorities, and ability to deal with ambiguity effectively. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Renewals Strategy & Operations. Responsibilities Orchestrate the weekly OU forecast process across Renewals Drive forecast excellence, coordinate prep and analytics for weekly OU forecast calls Partner with the Analytics team and perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (examples of analyses include customer segmentation, participation, propensity to buy, white space, likelihood to churn, etc.) to drive forecast accuracy or improve forecast recommendations Evaluate ongoing OU business performance against Targets Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Strategy to develop a joint forecasting cadence Create executive-level presentations for both local and global leadership reviews; support quarterly business reviews Experience 7+ years of professional
