Account Solution Engineer, Manufacturing Switzerland - Lausanne The Experience The Account Solution Engineer, Manufacturing is part of the Swiss pre-sales organisation at Salesforce. In this role, you will help manufacturing customers unlock the full potential of AI - from intelligent automation to personalised experiences - working closely with customers, account teams, and product experts to build trust, deliver innovative solutions, and shape the future of AI in the manufacturing industry. We are looking for a Solution Engineer who brings either a manufacturing or industrial engineering background with a passion for digital transformation, or a technical and AI-focused background with hands-on experience in automation, data, or intelligent systems - and ideally a combination of both. What You'll Actually Be Doing Build compelling product demonstrations and lead customer workshops that showcase how AI agents and automation can solve real-world manufacturing challenges, connecting customer goals to Salesforce solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to both IT and business leaders, understanding customer objectives and articulating how Salesforce fits into their enterprise architecture and digital transformation roadmap. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to tailor solutions to specific customer needs across the manufacturing and industrial sector. Stay curious and continuously develop your knowledge of Salesforce's evolving AI capabilities and the latest innovations in manufacturing technology. You're Our Person If...
