Compensation for this role is $80,000-$100,000 The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. As a Senior Engineer of Solutions Engineering in Managed Transportation at RXO, you'll use rigorous data collection and analysis to craft marketable solutions for clients. You will also identify, propose, and deliver key initiatives that improve the client's supply chain operations and drive efficiency into the RXO account team's internal processes. We will equip you with the best tools in the industry to grow and develop to a level that will exceed your expectations. What your day-to-day will look like: Able to lead all aspects of Supply Chain and Transportation Technology Solutions for Clients including demonstrations, implementation, hands-on execution of configuration, testing and deployment support Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Transportation Management Systems and System Integrations with Clients and Business partners Provide subject matter expertise to support business requirement definition, process design, implementation of processes, and organizational change. Document and maintain functional requirements Research and analyze best practices and Technology driven solutions Develop an understanding of customer processes to enhance cross-functional initiatives and effectively
