RTB House offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions to maximize conversion, drive new customer acquisition, create engagement, and fuel long-term demand for a global base of clients. You Will: Assist the Head of Sales Nordics and sales team in various capacities. Prepare, analyze, and present data and insights to facilitate decision-making processes. Proactively provide the sales team with data, insights, research, and presentations. Conduct market and prospect-based research. Develop and enhance existing sales tools. Conduct CRM audits, including preparing and generating reports on current sales activity. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance sales efficiency. Develop and maintain the client case study program. Desired Experience: 3+ years of experience in a sales-enablement position encompassing sales support, sales analysis as well as market analysis and research. Proficient in analytical problem-solving with a strong ability to work independently and proactively. Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or above), adept at conveying information and conclusions clearly. Advanced logical and analytical thinking abilities. Exceptional organizational skills, with demonstrated experience in managing complex projects end-to-end. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google
