We are seeking a Project Manager II to independently lead complex ecological restoration projects across planning, permitting, field execution, and delivery. If you're experienced in managing multi-disciplinary teams, working with contractors, and driving technical projects with minimal supervision-this is your chance to make a real, tangible impact on the environment. You'll work out of one of RES's regional offices or field hubs, collaborating closely with internal scientists, engineers, construction teams, external stakeholders, and subcontractors. You can expect to travel up to 25% of the time , particularly during project kickoffs, field execution phases, and regulatory milestones. This position is essential to maintain delivery performance, support expanding market opportunities in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia , working on full delivery projects and mitigation banks.
