What You Will Need - BA/BS degree - 3+ years of experience in an SDR or inside sales role, with at least 1 year managing or leading a team of SDRs - Demonstrated ability to develop early career talent into consistent pipeline contributors - Strong grasp of outbound sales methodology and the ability to coach it in real time - Experience with CRM platforms, sequencing tools, and lead enrichment workflows - Familiarity with financial services, investment banking, or enterprise software sales is a plus - Comfortable building process in a high-growth, fast-moving startup environment Additional Requirements - You are a developer of
