What You Will Own - Lead and develop a team of Mid-Market AEs responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expansion revenue across Rogo's mid-market segment - Carry a team quota and be accountable for predictable, repeatable revenue attainment quarter over quarter - Run a tight sales process across your team, coaching MEDDIC execution, discovery quality, demo effectiveness, and close discipline on every deal - Partner with SDR and GTM leadership to ensure pipeline volume and quality meet the demands of the segment - Collaborate with Customer Success to drive expansion revenue and ensure strong retention across the mid-market book
