Director of Growth Marketing Remote Rockbot is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to help architect and scale the next phase of our growth engine. You will lead the strategies and systems that drive customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and lifetime value, with an increasingly AI-augmented approach to how modern marketing gets done. We're looking for a seasoned, hands-on leader who combines deep demand generation expertise with genuine fluency in AI tools: someone who doesn't just know what's possible, but actively builds skills, workflows and team habits around it. What You'll Do Build and Scale Rockbot's Growth Engine Lead and evolve Rockbot's growth marketing function with a focus on qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, and measurable business impact.
