At RobCo, we automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary. To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious (Senior) Robotics Software & Controls Engineer (m/f/d) to help us establish RobCo as leading provider of automation solutions. You will build the core intelligence and software foundations that determine how RobCo's modular robots move, behave, and interact with the world. You will design, implement, and validate algorithms that sit at the heart of our robotic platform - from kinematics and calibration to trajectory execution, system modeling, and real-time logic. Your work directly shapes robot performance, safety, and user experience. This is a hands-on engineering role with impact across the entire robotics stack. You will collaborate closely with controls, hardware, simulation, and product teams, and you will frequently work with real robot hardware as part of tight development loops.
