Sales Development Representative (SDR) – US Market Austin, Texas, United States About the Role at RobCo At RobCo, we develop AI-powered robotic systems that make industrial processes more autonomous, efficient, and scalable. Our Autonomous Manufacturing Platform combines modular industrial hardware with physical AI, enabling rapid deployment and continuous optimization in real production environments. With locations in Munich, San Francisco, and Austin, and backed by leading investors such as Lightspeed, Lingotto Innovation, and Sequoia, we are working to redefine industrial automation. At RobCo, we automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary. To achieve this, we are looking for our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Austin, Texas to help establish RobCo in the North American market. This is not a back-office SDR role - this is a foundational position with direct impact on how we enter and scale in the US. You will play a key role in building our US pipeline from the ground up, shaping our market positioning, and working closely with leadership to define what scalable success looks like in this region. Your Mission - Build and own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for the US market - Identify and engage target accounts within our focus industries (manufacturing, automation, industrial technology) - Develop outbound strategies tailored to the US industrial landscape - Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into high-quality sales opportunities - Work closely with Marketing and Field Sales to align messaging, campaigns, and market feedback - Provide structured market insights from conversations to refine
