To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious Robotic Service Engineer (m/f/d) to help us establish RobCo as leading provider of automation solutions. Your commitment makes the difference: You are the driving force behind the successful maintenance and servicing of our equipment. Your technical expertise and commitment ensure that our customers are satisfied in the long term. Your Responsibilities - Maintenance and replacement of components on existing systems and performance of fault analyses for rapid restoration of production capability. - Optimization of robot systems in our modern Robflow no-code programming interface - from re-teaching positions to process adjustments based on your findings. - Remote support for customer systems , including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and assistance with technical issues. - Proactive process evaluation for early detection of potential malfunctions, as well as collaboration with product development and solution engineering-your feedback is crucial for improving future systems.
