As an Associate Director, Growth, you'll drive profitable acquisition growth across Ro's sexual health, dermatology, and fertility businesses. You'll serve as the quarterback driving prioritization and execution across the full paid channel mix, including paid social, search, YouTube/online video, affiliate, creator/celebrity partnerships and offline (TV, audio, podcasts), working closely with channel managers to plan, prioritize, and deliver results within CPA and payback/LTV guardrails. This role is highly cross-functional and collaborative. You'll work closely with channel managers, designers, copywriters, product marketers and others to drive forward new patient acquisition and business results for the Sexual Health, Dermatology and Fertility categories.
