THE WORK: The Corporate Development team is responsible for strategically deploying capital to accelerate Ripple's growth through high-impact partnerships, investments and acquisitions. We are seeking a seasoned, high-caliber professional to lead the execution of this global mandate and help to shape the future of the digital asset ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a passion for the cryptocurrency industry, is meticulous in their analysis, methodical, creative, and thorough in their problem-solving approach, and can easily build and grow relationships with internal and external partners. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Strategic Market Intelligence: Develop unique perspectives on key categories within the crypto ecosystem; curate research and market intelligence to identify critical shifts and communicate their strategic implications to leadership. - Cross-Functional Orchestration: Engage with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to qualify opportunities and refine Ripple's areas of strategic interest. - Competitive Analysis: Develop perspectives on key competitors
