We have seven global ERGs with Executive sponsors who are engaged and ERG Leads who are invested. The infrastructure is well built. We're looking for someone who can own it, optimize as we change and grow, ultimately keeping programs healthy, relationships strong-all grounded in what actually matters to Ripplers. This role is the single internal point of contact for diversity, equity, and inclusion at Ripple. You own the day-to-day and the strategic rhythm of the ERG program, coach the ERG Leads, and partner across the business with discretion, good judgment, and genuine care for the communities you serve.
