About this role

Systems Integration Technician Mountain View, Mountain View,, California, United States At Rhoda AI, we're building the next generation of generalist intelligent robots. We own the full robotics stack from high-performance hardware and robot systems to the infrastructure and state-of-the-art foundation world models that control our robots. Our robots are designed to be generalists capable of operating in complex, real-world environments and handling long-tail edge cases, made possible by our cutting edge research and end-to-end system design. We've raised over $400M and are investing aggressively in model research, infrastructure, hardware development, and manufacturing scale-up to make generalist robotics a reality. You will be part of Rhoda's hardware integration and maintenance team, supporting activities across our humanoid robot platforms. You will write and edit assembly standards, follow ESD discipline, help with debugging and rework, and ensure that prototypes and tested hardware operate at peak reliability. This role reports to the Technician Lead. What You'll Do - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly and repair - Create calibration, alignment, and torque-validation routines - Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical integration issues across humanoid robot subsystems - Manage inventory, tool calibration, and work-area organization - Coordinate failure analysis, rework, and maintenance logs with engineering - Support system-level validation and field-test readiness of prototype robots What We're Looking For - Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field - 3+ years of hands-on experience in robotics, automation, or precision electromechanical systems - Proven experience within R&D or prototype manufacturing contexts
